My Berserk Manga Collection

Thia is my entire manga collection of Berserk which is now at vol. 35

This is a very painful collection as over the year, i had wait and wait and wait for each vol to be release.
But it is a good wait and each vol. the drawing is great and very details. The storyline very make you bore or just collect for the sick of collecting.

Anyway, now i'm just waiting for the Berserk movie to be release. Hee..Hee..

Transformer 3 exclusive sales at OG (SINGAPORE)

Just check my email and happened to saw this advertisement from OG newsletter stating the exclusive sales of Transformer 3: Dark of the Moon toys.

So together with the Hasbro warehouse sales, i'll need to go to 2 places now. Somethings i felt that the good things abt collecting toys in SG is after the movie or the trend cause by the movie. Usually the movie related toys will be having like 20% discount or more (depend on which retailers) but it is sure worth the wait for the price to drop before rushing in to grab those goodies..

So i'll try to watch it till the latest esp then comments more on it.

But i had already been reading this manga till vol.35 so if they are going to make a movie, i can is quite easy but an brand new anime.... hmm.. this will be hard cos this story had been for abt more than 15 yrs (since the time i start collecting it manga). Encore #20 - Constructicons Devastator!

                                          (Photo taken from: tfsource.com)

Another great re-issue G1 Transformers coming soon this year Nov in Japan. I'm a real big fan of all the G1 decepticon Transformer. Why G1 only? Bcos during my childhood, i really love those Transformer toys but too bad.. No money.. haha.. But after i grow up and start to work, i being to collect those G1 toys but due to the overprice of vintage G1, i settle for re-issue which is cheaper. I'll try to post some of my re-issue G1 Transformers but those "old bird" G1 collectors, pls dun laugh at my tiny collection.

So lastly to all G1 Transformer fanboy.. this re-issue of Devastator is really a great new to all of us.

Just saw this new on a toy forum, and i fast fast post it on my blog to inform my readers.
For those toys collectors like myself will know that usually this kind of sales, their selling price
is quite reasonable and it is the best time to buy and keep it for xmas gifts when your family got
young child. Hee.. and can also add some to my own collection too but i doubt it cos those 'scalpers'
will be there with thier extra "hands", haha..

Anyway.. hope you guys and gals find some gems this weekend.

Falling Skies TV Series

Falling Skies tells the story of the aftermath of an alien invasion that not only neutralizes the world's power grid and technology, but also destroys the combined militaries of all the world's countries in a short amount of time. It is alluded that over 90% of the human population is killed within a few days. The story picks up six months after the invasion, and follows a group of survivors who must band together in order to fight back. The group, known as the Second Massachusetts (an allusion to a Boston militia in the American Revolutionary War), is now led by the retired Captain Weaver and Boston University history professor Tom Mason who, while in search of his son Ben, must put his extensive knowledge of military history into practice as one of the leaders of the resistance movement (The above photo and series overview is taken from wikipedia)

wow.. another tv series base on sci-fi and it executive producer is steven spielberg. I have yet to watch it cos recent i'm abit busy catching up with all my latest purchase of manga which i'm trying to read them over the past weekend. (i'll post those manga review base on my personal point of view later on my blog). But basically, those (movie / mini tv series) that are produce my our dear spielberg, i had watch it all. I personally feel that "Taken" TV mini series is quite good and it storyline is wonderful. All UFOs/Aliens fanboy should watch it. It base on the Roswell incident that happened in 1947. So i hope that this new TV series will be equally as great as "Taken". So for those who are sci-fi geek like myself, pls don't miss this new tv series, Falling Skies.

Cheers..

Transformers: Dark of the moon

Since this is my first post, i'll like to take this chance to pay a tribute to Transformers. Since my childhood days, Transformers had been a part of me. I still can remember during my primary school day when ard 5.30pm or 6.30pm (can't really remember the actual timing) i'll get aready and sit in front of the TV to wait for my favorite cartoon to be air. Yes.. the tv cartoon series of Transformers back in the 80's.

I was at the heartland cinema last weekend to catch the latest Transformers movie, Dark of the moon. And after discuss with my wife (yes, i'm marriage and still enjoying my hobbies), we decided to watch it in 3D. Man.. it is great and the effect of the 3D is fantastic..

The storyline is good and even a fanboy like me enjoy it very much but only if Megan Fox is still the lead actress. But overall, i'll still give it a 5 out of 5 for it.

In near future, i'll post more of my Transformers toys in my blog to share with wonderful toys for both newbie and expert in toys collection.

Cheers..
